As a site manager at Drem, you will work to lead a team of heat pump technicians and manage daily installations of heat pumps. This role involves extensive interaction with customers and colleagues, and the ideal candidate has a passion for excellent customer service and creating a valued work environment.

Project management with responsibility for planning and leading heat pump projects from start to finish. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also ensure quality: all installations meet our quality standards and comply with industry regulations and guidelines.

To succeed in the role:

• Experience in leadership, focusing on both leading and supporting your staff.
• A solid background in HVAC and heat pumps.
• Knowledge of products and installations of air-water and ground source heat pumps.
• Valid driver's license (B).
• Experience in project planning and a desire to continue growing in this and other administrative tasks.
